You can download free of charge to your computer and you can use your computer like a telephone on every point of the world where there is a speed internet connection. Click for downloading.

1.)     Function the software after the downloading will be completed. The program will be opened and a new window will appear which will request you to insert your “SIP Accounts” information. Pres the “add” button.

2.) A new window where you have to insert your account information called  "Properties of Account 1" will appear.

The information that you have to insert are:

Display Name : Your name, your surname

User Name : Your account number of 9 digits assigned automatically after buying TTM TELEKOM accoıunt.

Password : The password f-given while buying TTM TELEKOM account.

Authorization user name : Your account number of 9 digits assigned automatically after buying TTM TELEKOM account again.

Domain : Will be given tıo you while buying TTM TELEKOM account.

Below there is an example account inserting window. Fill the information as explained above then press OK button.

3.) Click the button “Close” on the window which will be opened recently.

4.) You are ready to talk when you will see the word “Ready” on the screen of the Softphone.

 Call TTM TELEKOM if you will receive “registration error “sign.

You can strat talking by pressing the green telephone button after dialing the number you desire. Click the number that you will call and press the green button.

For calling the USA and Canada numbers:  

You must dial as 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number.

For calling all other countries except USA and Canada  

You must call as Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number

Note: If you use the PC VoIP service in a country out of USA, you must continue to dial the America’ and Canada’s numbers as you live even in America, as explained above.

NAT/Firewall Problems

If you hear a one side voice or if you have problem on the connection, you must have the possibility to be behind the NAT or FIREWALL and at this stage you must open the firewall on your pc for the software of X-Lite PC VoIP and makethe following adjustments on the X-Lite.

-Select the “Slip Account Settings” adjustments by right clicking the mouse while it was on X-Lite PC Phone.

- Click "Properties..." button and then,

-Click the  "Topology" adjustments.

-Point out the option of  "Use local IP address" under "IP Address".

-Select the option of  "Enable ICE"

*Click the  "OK" button.  

Try to redial by opening and closing the X-Lite software. If this will not solve the problem open the SIP inlets in your router to your computer.

SIP inlets (UDP) = 5000 - 5500

RTP/RTCP inlets (UDP) = 10000 - 30000
